Keeping in Touch / Buddy Scheme

In the two years between your offer and you joining us we will use keeping in touch events as an opportunity for you to get to know your future colleagues. These normally take the form of social events, creating a relaxed environment for you to get to know Forsters.

As part of your induction when you join us, you will be assigned a buddy. Your buddy will be a second year trainee or newly qualified solicitor, hopefully someone you will already be acquainted with from our keeping in touch days.

The buddy scheme was implemented to help new trainees settle in to their new environment and quickly become a part of the Forsters team, providing you with someone to go to on a more informal basis with any questions or problems you may have in your first year of training -they will always be on hand for a quick chat over a cup of coffee.
